Graft Failure and ACL Surgery

There are numerous reasons why an ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) graft can fail.
 Fortunately, re-rupture of the ACL graft is rare. If this does occur, however, it will usually require a repeat surgery and placement of a new graft.
